Our hospital profiling beds by Alerta include the Lomond Standard, Low and bariatric profiling bed model and a folding crash mat to be placed next to the height adjustable bed to minimise injury if patients fall from the bed. Designed to ergonomically help patients with critical needs and ease the burden on carers as well, hospital profiling beds have four parts to allow the pillow area to be lowered or raised so that the patient is more upright, and knees can be lifted to stop patients from slipping down the bed.
